return and new unit?

good morning,

My name is Robert Suto.

I sent a return of a unit that was broken over a week ago, you received it on Monday of last week I have the UPS tracking # if that helps.

I still have not received my replacement unit.

When can I expect that?


  • I also returned a unit back in November of 2018 and haven't heard a thing about the new one which they said would be under warranty Am getting a little angry about their service.i was told this by somebody named Samantha Watts !!
